Community Loyalty Management

At ZAPA we are keenly aware of the pressure on businesses and towns which are in close proximity to big cities, to find innovative, economical ways to stimulate local activity and to attract and retain revenue in the locality.

Many “Shop Local” type campaigns are currently being launched to ensure the long term survival of local businesses and in turn safeguard local jobs. It is vital that businesses offer consumers a strong value proposition to shop, socialise and do business locally.

With this in mind ZAPA has developed the Community Loyalty Programme, developed to incentivise consumers for shopping and socialising locally.  The programme includes consultancy on best practice and the implementation and management of Community payment schemes (Community Currency) and collaborative loyalty schemes.  ZAPA can draw on the experience of similar programs in a number of towns
